1. Who we are

This website https://sifaweb.studio is operated by SIFA Geolabs trading as SIFA Web Studio (sifaweb.studio). Our registered business address is 5-168/B, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, 522311. For questions, email hello@sifaweb.studio.

2. Services we provide

We provide digital services only, including business websites, web and mobile applications, and custom wedding websites. Deliverables are supplied electronically. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

3. Quotes, scope and payment

• Custom projects are quoted in writing after discovery. Work begins once you approve the scope and pay any agreed advance or booking amount.
• The ₹99 demo reservation is a separate, limited service described on our pricing page. It is adjusted against your final project quote if you proceed.
• Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree. By paying, you also agree to Cashfree's applicable terms where relevant.
• Unless stated otherwise on your invoice, prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and billing information.
• Supply content, approvals and feedback within agreed timelines so we can deliver on schedule.
• Ensure you have rights to any logos, photos or copy you provide for use on your project.
• Use our website and services lawfully and not attempt to disrupt them.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment for a custom project, ownership of the final deliverables agreed in your scope transfers to you, excluding our pre-existing tools, frameworks and reusable components. Until full payment, we retain ownership of work product. You may not resell our demo designs as templates.

6. Warranties and liability

We build services with reasonable skill and care. Except where required by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or issues caused by third-party hosting, domains or services outside our control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service in the three months before the claim arose.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
